Albania Adoption

This program is: open
The Albania adoption program is very tightly controlled, with only two U.S. agencies authorized to operate. In 2008 U.S. citizens adopted approximately 15 children from Albania. Children available for adoption include healthy and special needs, ages 2 to 15 years. These children reside in orphanages.
